Sometimes, what we call a fix is merely a stopgap to delay a problem. It might be coming up later down the road, and an even worse outcomes. What seems to be the problem?
Take for example, when I had trouble craning my neck due to bad sleep position. You might be tempted to massage your neck, but in actuality, the point of pain isn't the root of the pain itself. Sometimes you need to massage a bit lower, below your shoulder blades, or even your wrist!
Treating symptons, might give you a short-term relieve. But treating the root cause of the problems might eliminate it entirely. This is true, not only in medicine, but problems we have in our life, such as relationship.
Take a deeper look, observe the symptons, but pinpoint at what might cause it.
